Targeting a LEED Gold certification, this prestigious Vancouver Business Park plans to add over 185,000 square feet to its business-park complex. The buildings incorporate parking stalls and planters over the underground parking facility. SMT used the new Digital Multivector Mapping technology to provide a thorough roof scan on the roof membrane.

This technology uses a method similar to the electric field vector mapping method, where two poles are used to perform manual triangulation. The new method developed by SMT uses a multitude of sensitive current measurements that are automatically recorded by an integrated microprocessor and displays the direction and magnitude of the breach on an LCD display.
