Restoration Monitoring

The advanced monitoring and detection system is set up during the first site visit. It gives the water technician an overview of start conditions and reports sensor readings back to the internet based monitoring center. At the end of the job, a report is generated encompassing the continuous readings from all site sensors.

  • Moisture content, temperature, and relative humidity sensors (MC/T/RH) are placed at critical locations and wirelessly report back to the Building Intelligence Gateway. Data is stored and forwarded to the online Building Analytics monitoring centre.

  • The system provides confirmation that drying equipment is performing as planned – in real-time, from any computer terminal or Smart Phone.

  • A permanent record of the building condition and drying progress is stored in the monitoring center.

  • The internet dashboard of monitored sites reduces travel time, technician time, and the cost of manual site inspection services.

  • Automated report compilation with photos of sensor installation are generated for submission with claim documentation.

  • Further details on continuous monitoring and manual measurements can be seen here.
